1: Frequently asked questions about cancellations:

  • If  for some reason I need to cancel my program? What is the cancellation policy?

All cancellations requested at least 2 days before your program are subject to a 50% bank transaction fee. No refunds will apply for cancellations requested  within 24h before your program.

  • Will I have a refund if there is bad weather the day of my program or if it is cancelled for some reason?

Absolutely yes, you will be able to enjoy your program during the next 7 days or we will offer you a certificate valid for one year + 15% discount on any additional bookings.

2: Frequently asked questions about Kong Forest Adventure Park:

  • Do I have to make a reservation for any of the activities offered or can I pay for my activity directly at Kong Forest Adventure Park?

Allowed to be book in advance or book directly at the reception.

  • Is there a safe place where I can leave my stuff?

We have prepared personal locker, but it is recommended that valuables not be brought on tour.

  • Does the ticket price include insurance?

All of the programs are already covered by insurance.

  • Do you have any restaurants on site?

Have lunch at our restaurant and have a cool drink at the reception.

  • Any recommendations on which items are essential to bring for these activities?

Guests are allowed to bring sunscreen and mosquito repellant.

  • Do you have any policies for pregnant women, leg or hand injury…?

People with cardiovascular disease, blood pressure, back, leg or hand injury, pregnant women should not join the tour.

  • Do I need to buy an entrance ticket?

No, you can go sightseeing

  • What are the operating hours at the facility?

From 8:00 AM to 05:00 PM daily
