General policy

Children policy:

👉Children are from 04 years old to 15 years old. A child aged 16 or more is applied as an adult. 

👉The child who weighs at least 25 kg and is 1.3 meters in height from the toe to the grasp of hands can join Zipline Canopy Tour.

👉Children under 12 are required to sit behind guide/driver assistant. If any adult rides ATV with a child behind, please sign on the commitment at that time.

Cancellation policy:

👉High season : 1, 2, 3, 6, 7, 8, 12

• Free cancellation before 07 days

• 30% charge after 07 days

• 50% charge after 03 days

• 100% charge after 24h or no show

👉Low season: 4, 5, 9, 10, 11

• Free cancellation before 03 days

• 30% charge after 03 days

• 50% charge before 01 day

• 100% charge after 24h or no show
